Where is the wedding taking place?

The wedding is taking place at SPAO Borgo San Pietro in Allerona, Italy.

What are the best airports to fly into?

We recommend flying into Rome or Florence. Rome may have more options with more flights per day, but Florence may be a bit cheaper.

Is transportation provided to/from the airport?

No, transportation is not provided. We recommend renting a car or taking the train. If you are taking a train, make sure to prearrange a taxi from the train station to the venue ahead of time. Since Allerona is a small town, the taxis must be booked in advance. You can find more information on booking a taxi here.

Will accommodations be provided?

Yes, all accommodations are provided and already taken care of.

What are the dates of the wedding and related events?

June 9-12, 2025. A break down of each days’ events can be found here.

What is the dress code?

We have multiple events with multiple different dress codes. Please look at our Dress Code page here.

Are children invited?

We couldn’t imagine doing the big day without GG, Buddy, and Teddy. If you would like a rollaway bed or crib for your perspective children, please let us know.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

There will be an option to include that on your RSVP, please make sure to include it so we can plan the food accordingly.

Wedding Logistics

When should I RSVP by?

Please RSVP by April 15, 2025. You can RSVP here. Please also send a copy of everyone’s passport in your party to domandsaige@gmail.com by the RSVP date.

What is the weather typically like in June in Allerona?

In June, Allerona, Italy experiences warm, sunny weather with average high temperatures around 80°F and low temperatures around 59°F.

What can we do during down time when there are no events?

The Borgo is inside an amazing protected nature preserve. We suggest you take your trekking shoes with you to explore the surrounding beauty. There will also be wine tastings and a cooking class available if you are interested. Please state your interest when you RSVP.

What is provided by the venue?

Each apartment has a bathroom with a hair dryer, towels, and soap. Your apartment will be refreshed every morning between 10.00-12.00. There will also be an ironing station available for you during your stay.
